Due to the company's business needs, the relocation process must be fast and production is required to be resumed in the shortest possible time. The leaders in charge made important decisions before the relocation, planned to complete the relocation of machining equipment within three days, end all material transportation within one week, and made specific plans, requiring full participation in the relocation process and assistance in different areas and groups, so that multiple groups of relocation can be carried out at the same time, for the relocation of 4000 or 5000 boxes of products in the business warehouse, the problems of slow storage and anti-disorder are efficiently solved.
